Overview
​This workshop is designed for both new and experienced international exam coordinators. Participants will learn to meet all requirements set by international exam boards as well as ways in which to streamline and enhance the process for students, invigilators, and – above all – the exam coordinator!

Objectives
  • Participants will turn theory into practice, with a particular focus on: scheduling, storage, pre-exam organization, venue preparation, running the exam session, working with invigilators, mock exams, and dealing with emergencies.
  • Participants will engage in learning through a series of hands-on activities and protocols that can later be used in the classroom or in staff development settings.
  • Participants will develop a key set of takeaways and will prepare an action plan to be implemented at their schools.
  • Participants will engage in continuous learning through a network of people with common objectives who will, in turn, be a source of support in the years ahead.
